More Fabulous CVS Deals
I love shopping and saving at CVS (as evidenced here). On Saturday, I went
to CVS with my mind on shopping (and saving! :). As is my ritual, I always scan my ExtraCare card
to see what coupon goodies are waiting for me. Between the coupons I brought with me and what was waiting to be printed off, here's what I scored:
My purchases:
John Frieda Precision Foam Hair Color: Price $13.49
John Frieda Smooth Start Conditioner (full-size): Price $7.39
Colgate Optic White Toothpaste: Price $2.99 (on sale from $4.89)
Revlon ColorStay eyeshadow: Price $7.29
Revlon Double Twist Mascara (Bonus Double Pack): Price $6.99 (on sale from $9.99)
2 Gallons of Land-o-Lakes Milk: $4.38 (on sale from $6.98)
Total I should have spent: $42.53 plus tax
Coupons I redeemed:
John Frieda Hair color (manufacturer): $2
John Frieda Shampoo (manufacturer): $1 (found this on bottle of shampoo while in store)
John Frieda Shampoo (CVS): $7.39 (Free with purchase of JF hair color, if using ExtraCare Card)
Colgate Optic White (manufacturer): $1.50
CVS ExtraCare Coupon: $5 off purchase of 2 Revlon Lip/Eye cosmetics
CVS ExtraBucks: $3.50
Total Coupons: $20.39
Total I Spent: $22.14 plus tax (that's a 52% savings!!)
I also got $4 in ExtraBucks to be used by October 31, so I suppose I could argue that I truly only paid $18.14 for my loot :)
Yay for CVS!
